CHARLOTTE, NC (FOX 46 WJZY) - A large food truck that is owned and operated by North Carolina Baptist men is in the Carolinas to help those in need as Florence rages on.
The Manna One, one of the largest food trucks ever built, announced their deployment this weekend.
The 40 foot food truck has almost 1,000 square feet of cooking space and capacity to prepare and serve 30,000 meals a day, organizers said.

NC Baptists on Mission are working with their partners at Emergency Management, Red Cross, and the Salvation Army to place large feeding kitchens in various locations across the flooded areas.
Right now, Virginia General Baptists are set up for mass feeding at Second Baptist Church in New Bern.There will also be a recovery operation out of this location. Organizers said plans are being worked on for additional large kitchen sites and other disaster recovery (mud-out, tear-out, chainsaw locations.)
