Tropical wave over the Caribbean Sea downgraded to zero percent chance of developing

ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - The National Hurricane Center (NHC) says that they are monitoring a tropical wave located over the eastern Caribbean Sea. It had a 20 percent chance of developing, but was downgraded to a zero percent chance of developing on Monday.
