Civil War re-enactors commemorate 160th anniversary of Battle of Kennesaw

KENNESAW, Ga. - A large crowd of Civil War re-enactors gathered yesterday to commemorate the 160th anniversary of the Battle of Kennesaw at the Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park. 

The event, marking the battle that took place in 1864, featured live weapons demonstrations.

Attendees witnessed historical reenactments that highlighted this significant event in General Sherman's March to the Sea.
