Co-founder of Atlanta music record label hospitalized

The co-founder of Quality Control Music, a music label housing artists such as Migos and Lil Baby, was hospitalized, according to a statement from the label.

Quality Control Music has issued a statement clarifying that co-founder and CEO Pierre "P" Thomas is alive and currently receiving medical treatment in a hospital.

The team released the following official statement to address concern and provide an update on his status:

"We want to clarify that Pierre "P" Thomas is alive and currently hospitalized receiving medical care. We ask that everyone keep P and his family in their thoughts and prayers and respectfully give them the privacy and space they need during this time. We deeply appreciate everyone’s concern, support, prayers, and loving energy right now."

He co-founded Quality Control Music alongside Kevin "Coach K" Lee in 2013. Under his leadership, QC launched and managed multi-platinum artists, including Migos, Lil Baby, City Girls, and Lil Yachty.

Heart attack reports

According to TMZ, Thomas suffered a heart attack and is currently receiving care in the intensive care unit of a Las Vegas hospital.
