Georgia Supreme Court to hear arguments in Ryan Duke murder case

Next week, the Georgia Supreme Court will hear arguments on whether to delay the trial for the man accused of killing a former Georgia beauty queen.

Attorneys for Ryan Duke want to overturn a judge's decision to deny funding to pay for expert witnesses in DNA, false confessions, and psychology.

The Georgia Supreme Court decided to delay the trial to consider Dukes' emergency pre-trial appeal.

Duke is charged with murdering Tara Grinstead after breaking into her Oscilla, Georgia home in 2005.
