HAZMAT crews testing powder found in Buckhead mailbox

ATLANTA - Atlanta hazardous materials crews are testing a powder found in a mailbox in Buckhead.

A woman who lives on Summit North Drive found the powder Monday night. She called the police to report that she was having an allergic reaction.

Medics checked the woman out and she’s expected to be okay.

It’s not clear if police found the powder in any other mailboxes.
