MARTA bus crash injures six in Atlanta

ATLANTA - Multiple people have been injured in a crash involving a car and a MARTA bus in Atlanta.

Officials with MARTA said that the accident happened on East Ponce de Leon and North Decatur at 12:08 p.m. on Monday.

According to MARTA, the bus hit the rear end of a car while driving its route.

Five passengers on the bus and a person who was in the car and now claiming injuries, though MARTA says none of the injuries are serious.

The bus' route is continuing with a new bus and operator.
