One of Clayton County's most wanted fugitives arrested for murder

RIVERDALE, Ga. - One of the top ten most wanted fugitives in Clayton County has just been arrested. Officials say he was wanted for murdering a teen last week.
What we know:
The City of Riverdale Police Department reported to the scene of a shooting in the area of Highway 138 SW on Jan. 14.
The victim in the shooting was identified as a 16-year-old. He had been shot multiple times in the back and was pronounced dead.
During the investigation, police identified the shooting suspect as 20-year-old Javin Alejandro Fonseca.
Not only were malice murder warrants issued for his arrest, but the Clayton County Sheriff's Office placed Fonseca on their Top Ten Most Wanted list.
The authorities tracked him down to a residence in the area of Karla Circle in City Forest Park. The home was surrounded and Fonseca was taken into custody.
He is now being held in the Clayton County Jail.
