Roommate argument ends in deadly shooting
Police say what started as an argument between roommates at a Buford home ended with one man dead and another taken in for questioning.
GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - One man is dead and another has been charged with murder after a shooting at a Gwinnett County home early Thursday morning.
Officials say the deadly violence happened during an argument between roommates.

What we know:
Authorities with the Gwinnett County Police Department tell FOX 5 that officers received a 911 call from a home on Roxholly Lane just after 1:30 a.m.
When officers arrived at the home, they found one man dead. Gavin Fitzgibbon, 32, had been shot at least once, police said.
After interviewing witnesses at the scene, detectives detained one man for questioning.
Ian Stewart, 28, was eventually charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He was booked into the Gwinnett County Jail.
Investigators believe the shooting happened during a heated argument between roommates.

What they're saying:
"At this time, we do believe this was a domestic-related incident between two roommates, and we do believe that one roommate shot the other roommate," Gwinnett County Police Sgt. Collin Flynn said.
What we don't know:
It is unclear if Stewart has obtained legal representation.
His next court date was not immediately available.
Police say the investigation continues.
