Eligio Biship makes first appearance on rape, false imprisonment charges

The leader of Carbon Nation, a group who many consider a cult, made his first appearance before a DeKalb County Magistrate judge on Friday. Eligio Biship is charged with rape, false imprisonment and transmitting revenge porn.
