Ambassador Andrew Young reflects on President Carter's legacy

Former President Jimmy Carter is receiving hospice care at his Plains, Georgia home with his family by his side. Thursday afternoon, former Atlanta Mayor Andrew Young reflected on his relationship with Carter, who appointed him as the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations in 1977.
