University of Georgia President Jere Morehead and the UGA marching band have released statements regarding the New Orleans deadly attack ahead of the Sugar Bowl. Morehead said he was "deeply saddened by the devastating attack," and extended his condolences to the victims and their families. A University of Georgia student was critically injured in the attack and is receiving treatment.
