Family of Secoriea Turner sues city of Atlanta, Wendy's for her death

The family of Secoriea Turner, a child killed in Atlanta in 2020 near the Wendy's where Rayshard Brooks was killed weeks earlier, is suing the city of Atlanta as well as several officials and Wendy's over her death. The lawsuit claims the city was negligent in policing the area, which allowed for armed civilians to set up barricades at the site.
