Police: Man shot outside southwest Atlanta gas station

ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Police are looking for the person who shot a man at a gas station in southwest Atlanta.

It happened at the BP gas station on Lakewood Way early Monday morning.

Police say the man went inside the store to pay for gas.

Then someone started shooting at him as he walked back to his car.

The man was hit several times.

Medics took him to the hospital.

Police have not released a suspect description or a possible motive.
