Shepherd's Men ready to run for veterans

Many of the veterans that return home have invisible scars that have changed their lives forever.

In just a couple of weeks, 15 men will run 1500 miles in nine days to help those veterans get the assistance they need.

Shepherd’s Men are running to bring awareness to the many brave military men and women suffering from post-traumatic brain injuries. They are hoping to raise $1 million by the end of their journey. They are only a tenth of the way there.

Right now, they are training, but come March 26, they will leave Boston and make their way to Atlanta. If all goes according to plan, they will reach Atlanta on April 3.

Those who wish to track their journey or make a donation in support of their cause can do so by going to shepherdsmen.com.
